I ordered and read the book, hoping to better understand how I might better utilize Agile at work. The book is full of common scenarios, that you run into when moving through Agile sprints. The insights provided have already helped me avoid some potential trouble spots, and navigate through uneven waters. Long story short; Druckman's easy to read look into the world of Agile has helped make me be a better champion of the Agile framework in a way that is already transforming my career and business.

Highly recommend this book if you want to do scrum right

There is obviously no dearth of books that will describe how scrum is supposed to work in an ideal world. The unique thing about this book is that it coaches scrumming from the point of view of "What to do if it isn't quite working as expected". I find it extremely useful almost as a reference manual to go back to again and again as I engage in scrumming (as a scrum master and a lean coach). The book does not bother with lofty abstract concepts and models. Instead it describes most common real world scrumming challenges and suggested remedies in an easy to grasp fashion. The book is most useful if you have actually tried to scrum for sometime and already have some experience (and possibly mis-adventures:)

At all it is Good book. the cons are :-
- Its English language is some bit hard and have uncommon words.
- Contains many stuffing in the explanation or verbosity. It have to be more summarized or focus on the core problems, solutions, techniques and tips. Like book's Youtube videos, it's summarized and directly focus on the problem and solutions.
