straight forward explanation and examples of card counting

How to count out a hand is set forth in Chapter One. This is the framework for the entire book. Examples of card counting are given to determine by the declarer of the distribution in the opponents hands of the outstanding cards of each suit thereby isolating the cetain or probable location of a missing key card. Thereafter, the author covers competive bidding situations and where the defense does not bid. Also, the author covers card counting in defending a contract. Although many books on card counting followed the publication of The Art of Card Reading of Bridge, this is the best organized and most understandable. In my opinion, if you are going to read one book on card counting this is it.
