About the Author
F. Robert Jacobs is Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, in Bloomington. With over 30 years of consulting and academic exerience, he is the author of popular textbooks, has published in the top journals, and taught at all level at the university. He is the past president of the Decision Sciences Institute, and has served on the board of directors of APICS - The Association for Operations Management.

Book is great just a little disappointed it did not come with an access code which I had to go out an buy separately on the McGraw-Hill website. Book was in great condition.

good book for operations review

Overall, a good book with relevent content. It uses good examples and covers up to date practices. The book is organized in a manner that makes sense for learning concepts.
